The prices are valid for an occupancy with the respective minimum number of persons per day and for a minimum stay of 4 nights including final cleaning and additional costs (heating, water, electricity). For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 20 € per day, for children up to 2 years.
From June to October we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are possible outside the main season by arrangement. However, for a stay of less than 4 nights, a surcharge of 50 € will be applied. The local tax is set by the local government and is currently 2,00 € per person per day from 14 years. It is not included in the indicated prices and will be charged separately on departure on site. Separately charged are surcharges for pets 15 € per day.

Payment
At the moment of receipt of the deposit of 300 € the apartment is reserved for you. The balance can be transferred before departure or paid on the spot (cash limit at 5.000 €).Arrival and departure
The apartments are available for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival. If you should arrive after 18.00 o'clock, we are pleased, about a short message.On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment until 9.00 a.m. broom-clean, with clean dishes.
Booking and cancellation conditions
(according to art. 1382 ZGB)
The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking guarantee) of € 300 and the sending of our booking confirmation. We are convinced that you are looking forward to your holiday with us. However, should you not be able to start your holiday, the following cancellation conditions apply:- Cancellation up to 3 months before your holiday start date is free of charge.
- Cancellation less than 3 months before the start of your holiday will result in the deposit being retained.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the start of your holiday will be charged 40% of the booking price.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before the start of the holiday will be charged 80% of the booking price.
- In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out "Red Rooster" travel cancellation insurance so that any cancellation fees are covered and you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind.Disclaimers
